Refund Policy 

I Changed My Mind - Can I Cancel this and get my money back?

As a general matter of contract law, consumers do not have a right to cancel a sale of goods or services.  In the case of defective, damaged, or undelivered goods, consumers may be able to demand their money back.  And those merchants who choose to offer consumers a "money-back guarantee" must live up to their promises. But where the merchant has provided the goods or services that the consumer agreed to buy, the consumer generally may not insist on canceling a transaction after the fact. 

It is our policy in BECOME, LLC to NOT refund any invoice after our services were rendered and you benefited from all or any portion of the fruit of our efforts. You may seek legal assistance at your expense. It is further understood and agreed that your failure to fulfill any Creditor or Lender's request or stipulation within the adequate alloted time will delay the process and your business credit or funding will not be established as agreed. Therefore, you must hold harmless and released of any liability from injury or damages caused by your inhibition. Failure to produce any document requested or comply with guidelines for a vendor or financial entity we recommend will delay the entire fundabilty process despite the alloted time. In which case you will be notified of the timeline delay reasons while the services are being rendered. Our services are clearly stated in the contract that we will walk you thru the process of establishing your business credibility in 4 months for a fee of $2,900.00 US Dollars. And the business fundability in an additonal 30 days for an additional fee of $1,700.00 US Dollars. You may choose the accelerated path of credibility and fundability to $250,00.00 in 28 days for a fee of $6,500.00 US Dollars. It is not fair or ethical to engage in a contract with the intent to default a service provider or unjustly enrich your business. The services we provide are timelined by vendors and financial institutions we may refer you to. BECOME. LLC or any of its employees DOES NOT receive any compensation, third party referral fees, any form of money, or exchanged services from any vendor or financial institution....Domestic or International. Client will always pay electronically ahead for services to be provided. If you do not agree with our Terms, Conditions or Refund Policy exit our website.
